No one's gonna save you from yourself.

Depression is getting worse more and more everyday. Haven't felt this bad since last year when I was actively suicidal. It's so hard trying to hide it in class and get work done to the ability I know I'm capable of. I haven't mentioned it to the tutors as last year the support I got from the student services didn't help at all; rather, made things harder. I don't know what to do, it's so hard even bringing myself to go to class let alone make it through the day.
I'm too afraid to say anything about it though. I guess posting things here is better than keeping it to myself.
